Arhiviz was founded with the idea that original and innovative approach to work will produce a meaningful and harmonious architecture.
The concept of that work was implemented on several buildings with different purposes (residential, commercial, industrial, public …) in collaboration with external partners – civil engineers for project construction, electrical and also mechanical installations.
Arhiviz provides services in architecture: development of conceptual designs, preliminary and detailed designs, preparation of projects for legalization, interior design project development and documentation, landscaping projects, 3D rendering design and visualisation, creating of corporate visual identity, advertising, web development, consulting and obtaining all necessary papers and permits for construction, consulting in the design and construction of the building structure, and all kinds of construction work.

Arhiviz prepares and develops a complete project documentation and performer’s documentation (design solutions and projects, major projects), from collecting conditions for construction, consulting and design through to supervision. Activity related to residential, hotel, industrial, office, retail functioning, educational, agricultural and other types of facilities. The basic idea is to find a quality and efficient response to a requirement imposed by investors and solving architectural and construction problems, using modern materials and solutions.
